She's spoke about her decision to release her album through realnews and she sang a bit of Gurna me sto xtes, she said the recording process was really tough.

Helena talked about the IVI competition, recording of psaxno tin alithia, the lyrics of the new album and her songwriters. She said she is thinking of doing a musical...or going back to theatre.

Helena Spoke about her summer tour with Onirama.It's gonna be pop into the bone! She said she loved the summer tour 2008 because she found out more about the Greek mentality of different parts of Greece. She also revealed that she will do a gig in Cyprus as well

She spoke about her late father and about her eurovision experience, her promo tour (portugal), Greece Eurovision 2009. She was sure she would win Melodifestivalen with the song she was offered but she stated she would never go to Eurovision as a singer.

Her songwriters and composers include people from Germany and Canada among others! This time she will get involved into everything regarding her new tour. She went to auditions in London to find the right dancers for her new tour.

She also spoke about her personal life, about her breast enlargement, Her relationship with Toni. She said she painted her house on her own and that she hates ironing. She said she recently started exercising!She works out at least approximately 3 times a week.
