Who is Elena Paparizou?

Allow me to introduce you to Ms. Paparizou

Born 27 years ago on 31 January 1982 in Sweden, Elena shot to fame at the age of 17 in the group Antique (with her childhood friend Nikos Panagiotidis).
Antique had many hits and were popular in many countries. in 2001 they represented greece in the eurovision contest and claimed third place.
Antique split up in 2003 and since then it seems that Nikos has gone into oblivion.

Elena then decided to go solo and she released her debut album Protereotita in 2004.
In an internal selection, Elena was chosen to represent Greece again in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest.
She won with the aptly titled My Number One, which brought the contest to Athens, Greece in 2006

Protereotita was then re-released as Protereotita (Euro Edition) and a seperate european release was made available called My Number One

Then in 2006 Elena released two very successful albums. The Game Of Love and Iparhi Logos which spawned many hits such as Gigolo, An Ihes Erthi Pio Noris and the unforgettable summer hit Mambo!

Elena Went on to re-release Yparhi Logos as Yparhi logos Platinum Edition

2008 marked a style change for Elena and her first single Porta Gia Ton Ourano was released to radios on April 8 2008. On June 12 2008 Elena relesed her long awaitednext album,
Vrisko To Logo Na Zo which has hits such as Porta Gia Ton Ourano, I Kardia Sou Petra, Pirotehnimata and the latest single Eisai I Foni

On November 6 2008 Elena started playing at a bouzouki club, Iera Odos in Athens with Pashalis Terzis. Her Run Here was meant to end at the end of January but has been Extended to April 2009

Elena Will tour in Thalassa in the Summer 2009 and has new Material being released soon. there are two new advertsements comng soon too.
